Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for supporting adults with complex needs In the community to help look after a 20 year old female in her own home supported by parents based in Margate CT9. 

Shift Patterns: Nights Only

Day Shifts: Flexible Nights Available Monday - Sunday (Minimum 2 Shifts p/week)

Shift Times: 19:00 - 07:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home
• Use complex care equipment to carry out complex procedures
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced

Requirements for the role:

• A minimum of 12 months experience working with adults with complex needs
• Experience managing Seizures
• Gastrostomy Experience
