Job Title: HCA with High Complex experience  

First Option Healthcare Mobilisation services are currently recruiting for HCAs to join our Talent pool, who have experience in working with young children from 3- 7 years with complex needs wihin Chichester & vicinity

 Overview of Key skills and requirements for this role:

• Experience in working in a team (Essential)
• 2 years+ high complex care experience (Essential)
• BIPAP Management  (Essential)
• Medication Administration (Essential)
• Learning Disability  -(Essential)
• Physical intervention experience  (Desirable)
• Documentation   (Essential)
• Attend  face to face in house bespoke training and workbooks (Essential)
• Licensed Driver- (Desirable)
