Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our packages based near Bognor Regis West Sussex. Our client is a 5 year old Male who lives at home with Parent so Paediatric experience is desired however, if you are confident with Ventilator particularly BiPAP then parents are open minded. 

Shifts Available: Night Only Package 10 hour nights

Payrate: Mon - Fri £15 / Weekends £18 

Experience Required:

• Non-Invasive Ventilator - BiPAP 
• Medication Administration

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home
• Moving & Handling
• Medication Management
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed accordingly
