Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for a bubbly, compassionate & energetic HCA with previous experience of providing person centred care and quality care for Adults with complex needs in the community.

Our client is a 71 -year-Old Female who lives at her home based in Sudbury CO10

Shift Details:

Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 19:00
Saturday - Sun - 19:00 - 07:00

You will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with adults with complex needs in a hospital or community setting

Experience Required

• Tracheostomy
• Spinal Injury

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced
