We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for supporting children with complex needs In the community, to help look after a 5 year old female in her own home based in Westcliff on Sea, SS0

This role is for day & night shifts

Shifts Available: Mondays & Wednesday Day Shifts

School Shifts: 08:45 - 15:15 Term Time

Assist client in school, engage & be there for her clinically

NIght Shifts: 22:00 - 07:00

Taking place at clients home in SS0. Monitor client throughout the night, temperature checks, catheter care. supported by parents

Please note staff must be available to work 1 day shifts & 1 Night shift p/week

Experience Required:

  • PEG Feeding / PEG J (Jejunostomy)
  • Deep Suctioning
  • Cough Assist
  • Oxygen Management
  • Seizure Management
  • Catheter Care

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2:1 care to service user in their own home alongside a Nurse
  • Build rapport with family members and other staff members
  • Making sure care plans are followed accordingly

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 1 Years recent UK experience in healthcare sector
