We are recruiting for a Group Finance Director based in Central London (South Bank).
This role will require working across multiple businesses within the group with full responsibility for the financial stewardship. You will shape the financial agenda, strengthen governance, oversee risk and ensure the organisation is equipped with robust systems and forward‑looking financial insight. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a central role in long‑term planning, commercial decision‑making and organisational performance.

Skills required for this role:
- CIMA or ACCA qualification
- 7-10years experience within Complex Care(ideal)/Healthcare or Public sector bodies
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, and governance
- Experience of Board reporting and working with senior stakeholders
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organisational skills,
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership across the group, ensuring robust financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of six, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and building a high‑performance culture.
- Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with organisational priorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts, board packs, and statutory reporting.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management frameworks, and audit readiness across all entities.
- Lead cashflow management, working capital optimisation, and scenario planning to support operational resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting — including automation, standardisation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and decision support.
- Manage external relationships including auditors, banks, investors.
- Ensure compliance with all bank covenants and lender obligations.
Qualifications:
- CIMA or ACCA
