Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants with a caring & energetic personality who have a passion for supporting young people with complex needs In the community, to help look after a 15 year old male in his own home based in Milton Keynes MK4

Please note you will need to have a minimum of 12 months UK complex care experience within the last 2 years

Shift Patterns: 

Day Shifts: Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 22:00 Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 - 21:00

Night Shifts: Monday - Sunday - 22:00 - 08:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care in the clients home
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced

• Psychological Support
• Gastrostomy
• Enteral Feeding
• Dysphagia Care
• Medication Management
