Live in Support Worker Care Assistant

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting experienced female HCAs for a live-in complex care package in (BIRMINGHAM), supporting a young woman in her own adapted home with Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. 

 This is a 24/7 live-in support model with two carers on rotation, offering stability, good working conditions, and a person-centred approach to care.

 Role overview:

•  Live-in complex care
• Full assistance with transfers (hoisting required)
• Personal care and bowel management
• Supporting an active and social lifestyle
• Respecting independence, choice, and routine

 What we’re looking for:

• Female carers only
• Driver aged 25+
• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a home with cats

What’s on offer:

•  Paid weekly
• Separate bedroom provided
• Structured routine with flexibility

 Ideal for a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off pattern OR 3 weeks on / 2 weeks OFF
