Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Paediatric nurse who have experience working with children with complex needs

Shift Patterns:

Day Shifts: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Friday 

Shift Times:

12:00 - 20:00

Rates Breakdown:

Weekday Rate: £30

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home
  • Use complex care equipment to carry out complex procedures
  • Build rapport with family members and other staff members
  • Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months UK experience working with children with clinical complex needs
  • Seizure Management (Buccal Medazzalam Experience)
  • PEG Feeding
  • Mickey Button
  • Oxygen Management / Therapy
  • Oral Suctioning
