Job Title: HCA Complex Carer - Adults - (12hour shifts - Days & Nights)

First Option Healthcare services are currently recruiting for experienced Complex HCAs to join our existing Adult package on ongoing weekly shifts within vicinity of Colchester and must have access to to vehicle to arrive on time to shift as there is no public transport nearby.

Overview of Key skills and requirements for this HCA role:

• 3 years+ Complex care experience
• Medication via Gastrostomy - ESSENTIAL experience
• Gastrostomy Feeding & Tube Management - ESSENTIAL experience
• Oral Suctioning - ESSENTIAL experience
• Dysphagia experience - ESSENTIAL
• Seizure Management & Rescue Medication - ESSENTIAL
• Brain injury awareness - Desirable
• Managing Continence
• Moving & Handling
• Suppository administration
• Oral care
• Personal care
• Attendance in house bespoke training - Face to face attendance Mandatory
• Must be a driver or have access to a vehicle to get to and for work ( Essential )
• Non-Smoker - Desirable
• x2 per weekly minimum commitment (Essential)
