Healthcare Assistant/HCA/Carer

Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for a bubbly, compassionate & energetic HCA with previous experience of providing person centred care and quality care for children/adults with learning disabilities.

Our client is a 17-year-Old Female who lives at home with family based in Milton Keynes (MK8). This is a 2:1 package so you will be working alongside an experienced Nurse at all times to support with the demands of the role.

 Shift Details: 

 Mon-Fri 15:00pm -21:00pm 
 Sat-sun 08:00-18:00.
 (Extra Hours available during school holidays)
 Supporting with day outs such a trike rides, swimming sessions and walks in the park.

 You will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with adults or children with complex care in the community 

 Requirements & Skills:

 • Patience, eagerness to learn & a positive attitude at all times
 • A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
 • A driving licence & access to a vehicle (Desirable but not mandatory)
