Job Title: HCA Complex care - Adults -  (DAYSHIFTS)

First Option Healthcare services are currently recruiting for HCA'S to support  our Adult package within vicinity of Chelmsford and must have access to to vehicle to arrive on time to and fro to shift as there is no public transport nearby.

Overview of Key skills and requirements for this HCA role:

• 3 years+ complex care experience 
• Managing Continence
  • Oral care
  • Personal care
  • Level 2 safe handling of medication- ESSENTIAL 
  • Manual Handling
  • Gastrostomy Feeding - ESSENTIAL experience 
  • Tracheostomy - ESSENTIAL experience 
  • Suctioning - ESSENTIAL experience 
  Seizure management and Rescue medication administration - ESSENTIAL experience 
• Attendance of All in house bespoke training - Face to face attendance mandatory 
• Must be a driver or have access to a vehicle to get to and for work ( Essential )
• 12 hour shifts x2 per weekly minimum commitment (Essential)
