Job Introduction

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants that have experience working with children between the ages of 4-17 years old that can commute and work in the below locations:

• Tenterden (TN30)
• Tonbridge (TN11)
• Dover (CT17)

You will need to have experience with these complex care skills to be considered for this role:

• Tracheostomy
• Gastrostomy
• Oxygen Therapy
• Seizure Management
• Ventilation
• BiPAP
• Suctioning
• Moving & Handling

Additional Requirements & Skills:

• Patience, eagerness to learn & a positive attitude at all times
• A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
• A driving licence & access to a vehicle (Mandatory)
