Job Title: Support Workers 

First Option Healthcare PALMS services are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers  to join our Talent pool, who have experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour children, adult and older adult with mild, moderate and severe learning disability

Overview of Key skills and requirements for this Support Worker role:

• 2 years + Experience in working with Learning Disability service users with multiple complexities 
• Autism 
• Trauma Informed Experience  
• Abandonment Experience 
• Medication administration 
• Familiar with PBS plan 
• Attend in house bespoke training (Essential)
• PMVA 
• Licensed Driver -( Desirable )
