First Option Healthcare (PALMS services) are currently recruiting for Support Workers who have experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour children, adult and older adult with mild, moderate and severe learning disability

 

We have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in their family homes and are looking for experienced HCA'S with experience of working with adults with the following:

 

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Mental Health 
  • Challenging Behaviour 

 

Key Skills and Requirements:

 

  • Experience in working with Children with challenging behaviour (Essential)
  • 1 year PMVA/Breakaway training - (Essential )
  • Seizure Management (Essential)
  • Familiar with Positive Behavioural Support plan (Desirable)
  • Driver 
  • Commitment of 36 Hours per week
  • Seizure Management
